Microsoft will be releasing Windows 7 officially on Oct 22 2009. The operating system was supposed to launch by the year 2010, but the reviews on Windows 7 RC1 was in favour of microsoft. Microsoft has sent signature edition to some people which is same as windows 7 final release. And we were lucky to get Windows 7 before the official release !
Windows 7
Is the windows 7 worth all its hype ? Yes sure. The previous release of microsoft windows vista was not too good because it was crashing often and it was very slow. Windows big plus
1. Extremely Fast (I should say faster than XP)
2. Great Indexing service (Viewing the photos folder for second time? it will be loaded immediately 
)
3. New Taskbar (My taskbar was never full)
4. Great Driver Support, no seperate driver was needed in my case (One of the big problems VISTA had)
5. Security Essentials looks great. (Antivirus from Microsoft, cleaned some virus which was not removed by Mcafee) – Installed Seperately.
6. IE8 – Although i prefer Mozilla Firefox browser as webdeveloper, but IE 8 will be matching Windows 7 taskbar. (Another browser which is going to stay for long time)
7. Games, screensaver was similar to vista. Theme is optimized according to wallpaper, which really looks cool.
It looks like a perfect OS, which i can use for many years from now.

expensive, high hardware requirements, will break a lot of current apps, need to buy new 3rd party programs.

I opine that to receive the business loans from banks you ought to have a good motivation. However, one time I have got a credit loan, because I was willing to buy a building.
